Never mind that the film has choppy production values, plays like a paid advertisement for retirement communities, and is so sweet that you may get diabetes from the script. Most senior citizens are going to love it.

Directed by Michael Lembeck and written by Donald Martin, this comedy film follows Helen (Ellen Burstyn), a strong-willed and independent senior whose house is undergoing repairs. Needing somewhere to stay, she temporarily resides in Pine Grove Senior Community, a local retirement community. But while her eyes are opened to making new friends, hobbies, and perhaps even romance, she encounters some residents that remind her of high school cliques all over again.
