Product Description:
Italian director Pier Paolo Pasolini (THE GOSPEL ACCORDING TO ST. MATTHEW, TEOREMA) was murdered in 1975 at the age of 53 by Pino the Frog, a seventeen year-old male prostitute who claimed he did it in self-defense. There are those, however, who believe that right-wing fascists had him killed for his political beliefs. Filmmaker Philo Gregstein examines the life of this great director, who, with help from director Bernardo Bertolucci and actress Laura Betti, try to make sense of his tragic end.
