Rating: 0/4 -- Blandly acted, idiotically written, and incomprehensibly directed, "Eye of the Dolphin" is quite possibly one of the most incompetently made films I have ever seen. Full Review

Rating: 1.5/4 -- The underwater parts of Eye of the Dolphin are kind of pretty. Unfortunately, the rest of this waterlogged drama is pretty ugly.
