Cristina is a young nun residing in a secluded Romanian monastery. One day, she sneaks out on a secret mission. As she roams the neighboring town, she finds herself lost and fails to find what she's looking for. When she doesn't make it back to the monastery, police detective Marius Preda must retrace Cristina's steps to find out what happened to her on that fateful night.
