This personal-cum-cultural music documentary was the result of post-punk and industrial musician Martin Atkins's trip to China in 2006. Atkins (Public Image Ltd., Ministry, Pigface, Killing Joke) managed to record and cobble together the very best of the Beijing music scene, including the China Dub Soundsystem and many of the artists he ended up signing to his own label, and ultimately craft a one-of-a-kind amalgam of cultural commentary and raw musical showcase.
