After the death of his father, Barrett (Robert DiPatri) moves from California to the East. On his first day at his new high school, the shy teen becomes the immediate target of bullies. Troubled loner Ryan (Eion Bailey) quickly comes to his aid, and a friendship blossoms between the two.
