Rating: B -- Ultimately, the film sheds light on a fascinating episode in American history; it falls short, however, of being really electric. Full Review

Rating: 2/5 -- All the hallmarks of an Oscar contender are here, but the end result is such a terrible bore, beset by a dull screenplay that sucks the life out of this dazzling piece of history. Full Review

Rating: 3/5 -- Fuelled by impressive performances from a sensational cast, The Current War is a sturdy, well-paced historical drama. The production values - its set design, cinematography, costumes - are particularly winsome. Full Review
