Product Description:
As originally produced by (and aired on) The Family Channel between 1989 and 1991, the series BORDERTOWN built on its parent network's success with running vintage TV western programs such as GUNSMOKE and BONANZA, by offering a new series from this genre. It unfolded in the Canadian Northwest of the 1880s, in a little town that straddled the U.S.-Canadian border - where two lawmen, American Marshal Jack Craddock (Richard Comar) and Canadian Mountie Clive Bennett (John H. Brennan) worked hand-in-hand to solve a series of cases. They also fought for the affections of a gorgeous young local named Marie Dumont (Sophie Barjac), who resisted advances from both. This box set contains 11 episodes from the complete 78-episode series - among them, MEDICINE WOMAN, THE RUNNERS, SECOND CHANCE and VENGEANCE IS MINE.
