Inspired by the popular home décor magazine, this episode of the A&E television series focuses on the concept of flexible living and how any room size or type of room can really become anything one wants it to be. HOUSE BEAUTIFUL heads inside some of these "flexible" homes, that incorporate everything from furniture on wheels that can be moved easily from room to room to more modular styles including movable partitions. There is a look inside the home of actor Colm Meany, who used the flexible concept when designing his master bedroom and bathroom. There is also a tour of a former Los Angeles factory that has been converted into a four-story home that is the epitome of flexible and unconventional living space.
