This stimulating 1984 film from experimental German filmmaker Harun Farocki follows a Playboy Magazine centerfold photo shoot in Munich over a period of four days, from set construction to cleanup. Despite the naturally erotic nature of the photographs, Farocki chooses to focus on the behind-the-scenes work that goes into creating images of beauty, glamour, and sex.
