Product Description:

GOD TOLD ME TO: Exploitation and horror master Larry Cohen, known for cult classics such as IT'S ALIVE and HELL UP IN HARLEM as well as more commercial fare such as PHONE BOOTH (starring Colin Farrell), presents this mystical murder mystery. A Catholic police detective (Tony Lo Bianco) searches New York City's occult underworld for answers to a series of bizarre and seemingly unrelated killings. In a strange twist, it's not the murderers themselves he's after--they didn't even try to elude the law, and all are in custody. However, each had only four words to say when confessing: "God told me to." Comedian Andy Kaufman appears in a small role as a police officer who begins shooting in the middle of New York's St. Patrick's Day parade.

VENOM: When an international terrorist (Klaus Kinski, AGUIRRE, WRATH OF GOD) hatches a plot to kidnap a wealthy couple's child along with the family's maid (Susan George, DIRTY MARY CRAZY LARRY) and chauffeur (Oliver Reed, GLADIATOR), it seems like the perfect crime. Unfortunately, it goes terribly wrong when, during the kidnapping, the boy's pet Black Mamba snake is let loose. Vicious and deadly, the snake soon has everyone in the house captive and begins killing them off one by one.
