The second CD dedicated to the composer Georg B”hm features chorale preludes, preludes and fugues and the only capriccio written by B”hm (the work is in D major). on this recording Brussels organist Jozef Sluys performs on the organ in Uithuizen (Groningen province).The instrument was lovingly restored by H. Edskes' Swiss organ building company, enjoying a complete overhaul in the process. The organ was returned to the original condition from 1785; as such, Uithuizen now boasts one of the world's best preserved Schnitger organs.
