Australian pressing of the 2008 sophomore album from The Raconteurs, who have had to change their name Down Under for legal reasons. The album features 14 songs, including first single 'Salute Your Solution'. While it's predecessor was recorded on the band's own equipment in their homes, Consolers of the Lonely gave them one of their first "big" studio experiences. The album was recorded at Blackbird Studio in Nashville, TN. The creative spark for the record was ignited during the time the band spent touring in 2006.
