Description by OLDIES.com:
Though he first won fame in the '60s penning hits like 'Wild Thing' and 'Angel in the Morning', by the '70s Chip Taylor was recording country albums for Warner Brothers, of which this is his third and last. A big hit in Europe, and a favorite of Johnny Cash (whose 'Big River' is the only cover on the record), the album didn't make much of a mark over here, but remains a cult classic.
Entertainment Reviews:
No Depression - p.77
"Nashville pedal steel great Pete Drake, backup singers the Jordanaires, and fiddler Buddy Spicher all contribute, but what's especially striking is the way Taylor sounds like he's reveling in the proceedings."Tracks:

- 3.Gettin' Older, Lookin' Back
- 4.John Tucker's On The Wagon Again
- 5.Big River
