Halloween is approaching and a group of friends, who have been waiting anxiously for this day, are deciding what costumes to wear to the big block party. Dave (Tim Meadows, MEAN GIRLS), Harvey (Barney Cheng), Emme (Alanna Ubach), and Evan (Jason London) come up with the notion to dress up as street hoods, and they descend upon East L.A. to do a little research. There, a misunderstanding concerning Anna Nicole Smith's dog Sweetie Pie leads to a farcical face-off with a crew of drag queens and a trio of female ninjas, and Anna herself must become the unlikely hero of this motley bunch.
