Euro-dance sensations created by Torsten Fenslau (d. November 1993, Darmstadt, Germany) in 1989 by putting together the more visual duo of Jay Supreme and Tania Evans. Fenslau had begun his career DJing at the Dorian Gray club at Frankfurt Airport, also working on Hessen State radio presenting the Club Night and Maxi-Mix shows. He subsequently moved into production, scoring a solo hit under the banner Out Of The Ordinary with Los Ninos Mix, although it did not find success outside of his native Germany. The same could hardly be said for Culture Beat, who quickly racked up huge overground dancefloor hits with No Deeper Meaning, Mr Vain, and Got To Get It. In its wake Fenslau remixed for the Shamen (Coming On Strong) and released a solo progressive trance single, Come Into My Heart, as Abfahrt, and was behind Cheery Lips Das Erdbbermund.
