This version of The Royal Swedish Ballet's production of Pär Isberg's ballet The Tale of a Manor was created especially for television in 1989, and thus performed and filmed on a closed soundstage. Isberg originally adapted the material from a romantic adventure story by Selma Lagerlöf. The Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra performs the score by Jan Sandström, with Jonas Dominique conducting; the dancers include Johanna Björnson, Martin Leander and Gerd Andersson.
