The theft of Norma Shearer's jewelry sets the plot in motion for this star studded promotional short. The production, which includes cameos by Laurel and Hardy, Buster Keaton, Edward G. Robinson and Wallace Beery, was made to raise funds for the National Variety Artists tuberculosis sanatorium. And get this it was produced in association with a cigarette company! Also, keep an eye out for several of the lovable Our Gang kids, including Norman "Chubby" Chaney and Matthew "Stymie" Beard!
