The film finds its footing... as things come to a climax, but by that time, the macabre and edgy "Shallow Grave"-esque promise has become something slack and near comical. Full Review

Despite the best efforts of the cast, the characters are a bit thin to sustain the tension. The film starts to falter midway as all three men engage in repetitive behavior. Full Review

Rating: 3.5/5 -- Silent Panic is a decently capable film that gives a lot in terms of performances which work even though they are not perfect. Here the film knows its strength and how to support them and does this really well. Full Review
Cinema Crazed

Rating: 1.5/4 -- "Silent Panic" is a flawed, found body tale where the prospective impacts of reporting its discovery demolish friendships and the lives of those implicated. Full Review

Rating: 2/5 -- Filmed with great intelligence... in 11 days, which, however, with everything and its profound moments, did not quite jell. [Full review in Spanish] Full Review

Rating: 3/5 -- One of the most intriguing scenes comes complete with actor Jeff Dowd, as Bobby's former drug dealer. If you don't recognize the name, he's an acquaintance the Coen Brothers patterned their legendary "Dude" after in 'The Big Lebowski.' Full Review

Product Description:

As three friends -- Eagle (Sean Nateghi), Bobby (Joseph Martinez), and Dominic (Jay Habre) -- are wrapping up their camping trip, they discover a dead woman's body in the trunk of their car. Being an ex-convict and owner of the car, Eagle refuses to report their discovery to the authorities for fear of being falsely accused and jailed once again. He decides to take the lifeless body home to buy him time to think about what to do next, but chaos ensues when his wife Robin (Constance Brenneman) takes the car to run a few errands. Directed by Kyle Schadt.
