A Porn Star Is Born

Adult film starlet Aliana Love plays herself in this autobiographical drama about a fresh faced actress who arrives in L.A. determined to become a star, but quickly gets swept up in the seedy underbelly of the porn industry. Aliana has the delicate beauty of a natural born star, but when film roles prove elusive and the landlord comes knocking, she accepts a lucrative offer from porn producer John Goldman (Peter Greene), who promises to mold her into a legend. At first it's a dream come true - she's got all the money a woman could want and manages to thrive in a cut-throat city - but later, when her lover and on-screen co-star Tom Powers (Mark Davis) becomes a dangerous drug addict, Aliana finds that rescuing him from self-destruction and achieving mainstream success will take every ounce of drive and talent she's got.
