Crocodile Tears

After testing positive for HIV, Simon Desoto writes countless letters to the devil begging for help. He pleads with hell's leader to make him negative again and eventually is presented with and offer he can't refuse. The devil makes a Faustian deal with Simon that would reverse his HIV positive status in return for becoming a homophobic stand-up comedian. When Simon agrees to the terms, he quickly becomes very famous in Hollywood and even proposes marriage to his new girlfriend. The devil, however, soon plans to complete the whole deal which also involves certain things that are way beyond what Simon ever imagined.
