Investigating a fire set on his father's oil-rich land, circus owner Eddie Somers discovers that a group of corrupt men are scheming to steal the property. As Eddie sets out to protect his family fortune as well as his own investments, he uncovers a mystery involving an unknown heir to a huge inheritance.
Eddie Polo was a trapeze artist before he became a successful film actor. He starred in numerous silents during the 1920s and 1930s, including J. P. McGowen's films The Vanishing Dagger (1920) and Do or Die (1921). J. P. McGowan managed over 450 film credits to his name as an actor and director, many of which were westerns. He also directed Pioneers of the West (1929) and The Hurricane Express (1932) with John Wayne.
