Product Description:

This 1929 silent film has been given a fresh orchestral score by Nitin Sawhney. Two kings both desire Sunita, the daughter of a hermit, and they decide to gamble for her hand in marriage. Sunita would rather marry Ranjit, but he loses the game of craps to Sohan, setting into motion a series of deceptions. THROW OF DICE was the second Indian feature from director Franz Osten, whose first film was LIGHT OF ASIA.
