Description by OLDIES.com:

The United States Government presents a pictorial record of the decade leading up to the attack on Pearl Harbor. News reels and footage captured from the enemy depict the Japanese invasion and looting of Manchuria and China. Hitler's legions invade Poland and ignite a World War. The devastation of Europe is photographed as the German armies crush resistance, and occupy France, driving the Allied forces into the sea at Dunkirk. Using real footage and no re-enactments, this documentary concludes with the massive and bloody invasion of Russia and the devastating attack on Pearl Harbor, while the nations of the earth prepare for war.

BONUS: AIR RAID WARDEN - The World War brings the hazards of air attack to all communities. Jim Blake, Air Raid Warden, teaches American citizens how to survive an air raid.
