La Posesion

Produced in Mexico in 1950, LA POSESIÓN explores the conflict between two families over land rights--and over the romance blooming between their children. Don Pedro and Don Miguel are true friends. Both landowners, they come together on most issues, but disagree when it comes to who has the rights to a certain piece of land. This tension grows until it even disrupts the relationship between Miguel's daughter and Pedro's son. As the two young lovers get closer and closer, they must find a way to put their family's disagreements aside if they want their relationship to survive.
