An overweight circus clown has been gruesomely dismembering and killing innocent people for 20 years, and--despite his getup--it's no laughing matter. When two amateur news reporters take on the case, they think they're on the right track for an amazing cover story. But as it becomes apparent that this murderer has been helped to cover up his crimes by members of his local community, the story becomes much more complicated, and the reporters become the killer's next potential victims.
