Scientist Stuart Conway (Sean Astin) has planned a bank heist, but he doesn't mean any harm. All he wants is to try out his new invention, a machine he calls the Slipstream Device, which allows its user to travel 10 minutes back in time. But his plan goes awry when he realizes that a group of dangerous criminals have chosen the exact same time to execute their very real heist. Now, aided by beautiful bystander Sarah Tanner (Ivana Milicevic), he works to undo the damage that has been done--although every time he uses the device, things only seem to get worse.
