Description by OLDIES.com:

Womanizing millionaire Michael Vance is banished from Park Avenue by his long-suffering father to oversee their troubled mining camp in the remote wilderness of Northern Canada. A corrupt syndicate has concealed the mine's rich radium deposits as they plot to wrest control away from the Vance family. Micheal has a last shot at redemption as he battles to prevent his family from being swindled out of a fortune.

Shot in scenic Big Bear, California, this "modern western" brims with action, romance and Nelson Eddy-Jeanette MacDonald-type vocalizing by stars John Carroll (Zorro Rides Again) and Movita (the future Mrs. Marlon Brando). Smokey the Dog provides heroic canine thrills in this screen adaptation of a Jack London story. - Tom Weaver
