Oh those cliff-hangers! Movie Lover: Mike from Indiana -- July, 28, 2013

I have no idea why EVERY season of "Falcon Crest" isn't being sold on DVD, because for almost the entire decade of the 80's this series was the best TV had to offer. And re-watching the shows now makes you appreciate all over again the magical talent of Jane Wyman, Lorenzo Lamas, and the ever-faithful (and clever) family servant, Chao Li Chi ... not to mention such outstanding guest stars as Cliff Robertson. And regular Susan Sullivan showing her stuff, long before she became the Mother of all Mothers on "Castle." In this season Angela Channing has so many legal problems she just marries her attorney (guest star Mel Ferrer.) And no one can ever forget the cliff-hanger in the final show of the season.....the "newlyweds" spinning down to (death? well, earth anyway) in Angela's private jet. Tune in next.......
