Bowanga Bowanga! (1941, B&W): From the deepest, darkest jungles of Africa come... pin-ups in fur bikinis. These wild, barbarous, mate-starved vixens strike fear into the heart of any man that is unlucky enough to wander into their territory. While on safari three hunters go in search of the ravenous wild women. Death and suffering await the trio as they are captured and forced to fight for their lives.

Sex-charged jungle exploitation films such as Bowanga Bowanga! (originally Wild Women) were wildly popular on the grindhouse circuit from the 1930s until the 60s. Uncivilized tribes consisting solely of sexy B-movie starlets, an abundance of stock animal footage and over-the-top titillating taglines became the perfect formula for low-budget exploiters to produce box-office dynamite.

Devil Monster (1946, B&W): Nearly lost to obscurity, Devil Monster is the reissue of the 1936 film Sea Fiend. Adding a minimal amount of story to stock footage of undersea creatures and naked natives, Devil Monster takes full advantage of the low-budget exploitation filmmaking techniques of its day.

...because I can't rate it 0 star! I haven't seen every movie ever made so I can't honestly say it's the worst, but it sure has to be in the running.
