Description by

Unscrupulous Hackett secretly organizes a rash of cattle thefts so he can seize control of the Cattleman's Protective Association. His plan seems foolproof until Stony Brooke, Tucson Smith and Lullaby Joslin ride into town. They suspect that something is not quite right about the rampant rustling and vow to save the cash-strapped association. The Mesquiteers use a charity show to help raise the necessary funds and attempt to expose the real cattle thieves.

The third installment in Republic's Three Mesquiteers series, which produced fifty-one films in just eight years, Roarin' Lead features the precocious children of Los Angeles' famous Meglin School as the unfortunate residents of the Buena Vista Orphanage.

Includes BONUS feature, Matt Clark, Railroad Detective Meets Jack Ketchum.

Product Description:

The Mesquiteers take on a crooked official from the Cattleman's Association and save an orphanage slated for closure.
