Description by OLDIES.com:
"Well, howdy buckaroos, it's your old pal Gabby Hayes, with another rip roarin' Western yarn." That's how the lovable curmudgeon Hayes begins his introduction to edited versions of 1940's PRC westerns (starring Buster Crabbe, Eddie Dean, Lash La Rue, Tex Ritter) that appeared on TV in the 1950's. Hayes begins and ends each episode with humorous tales of the exploits of his zany relatives as he happily whittles away.
EPISODE 1: Marshal Storm (Bob Steele) and his superstitious sidekick Rawhide McTavish (Syd Saylor) go undercover as cowpokes to nail cattle rustlers.
EPISODE 2: Whip-wielding Marshal Cheyenne Davis (Lash La Rue) and his crusty sidekick Fuzzy (Al St. John) must stop a gang of stagecoach robbers.
EPISODE 3: Eddie Dean goes undercover to find the murderers of a troop of soldiers who were ambushed by horse rustlers.
EPISODE 4: Billy Carson (Buster Crabbe) and Fuzzy wind up in the hoosegow for murder.
