Guardian
Highly entertaining and even more endearing, the elderly basketball romp UNCLE DREW is the surprise comedy of the summer.
Los Angeles Times
Charles Stone III delivers a light comedy that is understandably geared to hoops fanatics, calling in a team of other stars to join Irving under the latex wrinkles.
Hollywood Reporter
Rating: 6/10 --
It's a totally formulaic sports movie, but it's got a lot of liveliness to it and watching these guys play off of each other is fun.

Lil Rel Howery, Tiffany Haddish, JB Smoove and Nick Kroll are terrific, as we’d expect. It’s more of a surprise that basketballers Irving, Miller, Robinson, Leslie, et al., are also quite good.

Product Description:
Director Charles Stone III's anti-ageist basketball comedy revolves around a young black man (Lil Rel Howery) and his dream of winning the Rucker Classic street ball tournament in Harlem. After losing his team to his arch-rival, he turns to a crew of septuagenarians (played by real-life basketball greats $Kyrie Irving, Shaquille O'Neal, Chris Webber, Reggie Miller, Nate Robinson, and Lisa Leslie) in his last bid for victory.
