Book of Days

After Danny (Wil Wheaton), a disheartened young insurance salesman, blames God for the premature death of his young wife, a mysterious man named Jonah (Isaac Hayes) gives him a book containing names of people, with the dates on which they'll die printed right alongside. Danny is then put in the unenviable position of choosing between using the book for his own monetary gain or prolonging his own loved ones lives at the expense of his own remaining years.
