Product Description:
A pair of good Southern soul songwriters who provided material for various Malaco acts (and still do), Sam Ray Moseley and Robert A. Johnson tried to duplicate the success of past duos with a decent album of uptempo wailers and "deep"-style cuts on Malaco's subsidiary label MSS. It was done in Muscle Shoals and had that soul/country sensibility and groove. What it lacked was either a hit single or a standout album cut. ~ Ron Wynn
