Rating: 5.85/10 -- Initially engaging, witty and charming, but ultimately ends up contrived and bland with an unfocused, half-baked plot. Full Review

Rating: 2/5 -- Both Project Greenlight runners-up, directors Michael Aimette and John G. Hofmann get the teen angst and Gaelic aesthetic right; too bad their third-act thuggery isn't just routine, but ridiculous. Full Review

Rating: 3.5/5 -- With the help of first-time performer Donal Gallery, this mix of gangster drama and quirky comedy boasts a modest charm that should appeal to young men around same age as the 16 year old lead character, despite a lack of focus and familiar twists. Full Review

Rating: 3.5/5 -- It's clear that Mr. Hutton enjoyed every minute of doing gruff, gross thugishness and boorish simplicity. Full Review

Product Description:

Normally, Americans in Ireland are awed by their verdant surroundings, but not teenage James (Donal Gallery). It’s 1979, and he has been stuck in a small town for six years, dying to get out and back to his native country. James's unusual scheme involves trips to London (sanctioned by his adopted family and for sound medical reasons, of course) where he can buy porn to sell in Ireland, where it is illegal. This quirky comedy stars Timothy Hutton, Alessandro Nivola, and Colm Meaney.
