Interesting depiction of relations with the Indians in the frontier West focuses on the relationship between cavalry scout Stewart and Apache chief Cochise (Chandler). The scout's attempts to head off an Indian war are complicated by his love affair with an Indian woman.
A westerner decides to try to make peace with the Apaches and discovers that he has fallen in love with an Indian woman.
