In the '70s, Justin Wilson found fame across the United States as a cook, hosting a TV show devoted to Louisiana cuisine and writing a series of cookbooks. But in Louisiana and much of the South, Wilson was already a star as a comedian; he specialized in tales of life among the Cajuns told in a broad accent, and punctuated with his catchphrase "I gar-on-tee!" Wilson released a series of comedy albums in the '60s and '70s that were regional hits, and this reissue brings together two of his classic albums, For True and Pass a Good Time in one package.
