Rating: 2.5/4 -- The movie ambles along amiably enough for a while; it's better if you are a fan of one or more members of the cast. Full Review

Rating: B+ -- With Big Stone Gap, Trigiani sets out to crack the cycle of sentimental melodrama by reminding us that adults still dare to dream and sometimes even follow through on achieving those hard-to-articulate wishes. Full Review

Rating: 3/5 -- Trigiani's heart is in the right place and the film is very obviously a labor of love that isn't very heavy on plot but makes you feel like you're right at home. Full Review
