...Boasting the highest talent quotient of any of the previous versions....This offers a more cerebral take on the classic swashbuckler...

Rating: 2.5/4 -- It's an irresistible story, but the movie suffers from clunky dialogue and a barrage of mismatched performances that represent just about every school of acting known to man. Full Review

...[DiCaprio] rivets attention in practically every scene. With captivating ingenuousness, and with a physical beauty that reduces the camera to one more worshipful fan, he fares well...

...A gleefully tongue-in-cheek romp....Stylishly photographed...

Rating: 2.5/4 -- Leonardo DiCaprio times two. What more could you want? Perhaps more thrilling swash and buckle. Full Review

Rating: 2.5/4 -- To these nonteen ears and eyes, the kid is no more real in either guise than his phony flowing locks. And the romantic scenes fizzle next to Titanic's steamy roll in a Rolls. Full Review

Rating: 2.5/4 -- Once all the pieces of the plot were in place, I was at least interested, if not overwhelmed; I could see how, with a rewrite and a better focus, this could have been a film of Braveheart quality instead of basically just a costume swashbuckler. Full Review

Product Description:

With a cry of "All for one and one for all!" the Musketeers return to correct the injustices perpetrated by spoiled monarch Louis XIV, whose misdeeds include imprisoning his twin brother on an island and encasing his visage in the titular mask. Teen idol DiCaprio assays the dual title role, while writer-director Randall Wallace goes for the jugular with plenty of pomp and pageantry.
