Despite his mounting distance from his Orthodox Jewish heritage, a young man named Yakov (Dave Davis) agrees to serve as the night overseer for a deceased member of his religious community. Yet as the night crawls by, Yakov begins to feel increasingly unsettled until he comes face-to-face with a sinister being intent on the destruction of his people.
