Bava directs the controversial THE WHIP AND THE BODY, about a 19th century nobleman (Christopher Lee) who is ostracized from his village after being convicted of whipping a local girl to near-death. Soon after he's found dead, but his spirit returns as an apparition that haunts the ancestral castle. In CONSPIRACY OF TORTURE, directed by Fulci, an obsessed aristocrat who imprisons his young daughter (Adrienne Larussa) in the castle dungeon. At the mercy of her father and his lascivious desires, she enlists the help of her stepmother in plotting a gruesome revenge.

CONSPIRACY OF TORTURE: Set in 17th Century Italy, Beatrice Cenci (Adrienne Larussa) is the teenage daughter of the crazed landowner and nobleman Francesco Cenci (Georges Wilson) who keeps his daughter locked up in the dungeon of his castle and sexually abuses her as well. Also stars the great Tomas Milan.
