12 May 1956, Detroit, Michigan, USA. Discovered by Stevie Wonder, noted session keyboardist Greg Phillinganes has worked with the Jacksons, Toto and Eric Clapton. He had a minor R&B hit with "Baby, I Do Love You" off his 1981 album, Significant Gains. In 1984, he released Pulse which included a cover of "Behind the Mask" (with additional lyrics by Michael Jackson).
