Moses Barrett, Greensville, North Carolina, USA. Rap artist Pablo became interested in music at an early age, as he sang and acted via church and school plays. Upon his introduction to rap music in junior high school, he quickly switched his career aspirations from singer to rapper, and began rhyming with a local crew of friends. Pablo eventually relocated to New York, where he befriended Busta Rhymes, Mystikal and Black Rob, who quickly recognized the talents that this unknown southern rapper possessed. Then one fateful night, Pablo was in a nightclub washroom, rhyming with a group that included Black Rob and Doug E. Fresh, among others, when an A&R representative from Jive Records overheard the commotion and offered Pablo a recording contract on the spot.

Even before Pablo could get a chance to issue a debut recording, he collected some impressive credits, appearing on recordings by Sticky Fingaz, Mystikal, and a remix of Black...
