Disappointing quality

As soon as I opened the "box", the seam split open on the inside where there should've been a hinge! Poor quality. I used black vinyl tape to reinforce the split. Really!!

I bought 5 of these back in 1992. They still look good and they have protected my vinyl music for years now.
I bought three more and I really wished I could have bought more of these, back then. My 45's crossed the Atlantic four times. I play then still, to this day. Some are almost as old as I, and one is even a Beatles song on Tollie. All of my Beatle 45's are stored in these cases.
