Description by OLDIES.com:

In 1969, four youths from the factory town of Birmingham, England - Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward - formed a group that would radically transform the world of music. Theirs was a new and unique style, a singular bombshell of furious, righteous sounds completely alien to any other popular music of its day that would eventually come to be known as "heavy metal." In 1980, Ozzy would strike out on his own, beginning an equally impressive solo career that established milestones in music history.

For thirty years, Ozzy and Black Sabbath would continue onward, twin forces riding the nightmare lightning of their own dark souls, creating the music that would inspire a thousand other bands and forever change the music industry. Many others would join them in their separate quests. Sometimes they would even reunite, creating new albums and thrilling their legions of fans with new tours, their every move cementing their indisputable role as the founding fathers of one of the greatest sounds in rock and roll history.

But how did these four men reach their unprecedented level of success? Read the true story of Black Sabbath...
