Rating 5.0 A GREAT READ
Customer: IRA FEINGOLD from BROOKLYN, NY US -- March, 11, 2005

I'VE OWNED THIS BOOK FOR SEVERAL YEARS..I ACTUALLY RECEIVED AS A HOLIDAY GRAB BAG GIFT. SIMPLY PUT, I LOVE THIS BOOK. UNLIKE OTHER BOOKS WHICH CLAIM THEY PROVIDE IMPORTANT INFO FOR THE HARDCORE COLLECTOR....THIS BOOK IS WELL ORGANIZED, COVERING NOT JUST THE MOST POPULAR GROUPS, BUT SOME RARER ONES AS WELL. THE BOOK CONTAINS INTERESTING FACTS ABOUT GROUPS.....FOR EXAMPLE IT TELLS US THAT WHEN JOHNNY MAESTRO WOULD REHEARSE WITH THE CRESTS IN THEIR EARLY DAYS, THE FEMALE MEMBER OF THE CRESTS MARTHA VAN DROSS WOULD HAVE HER BABY BROTHER TO BABYSIT DURING THE SESSIONS...THIS BABY BROTHER STARTED SINGING ALONG....HE WAS NONE OTHER THEN LUTHER VAN DROSS.....MAYBE NOT IMPORTANT INFO HOWEVER THESE SORT OF INTERESTING TIDBITS MAKE THIS BOOK A MORE ENJOYABLE READ THAN MOST OTHERS. ALL THE IMPORTANT FACTS ARE THERE AS WELL.
