The Broadway Theatre Archive presents another program in its series of televised plays from the 60s to the 80s. Two hilarious one act comedies by playwright John Mortimer are adapted for this television production. In the first play, a lawyer has to defend a murderer, and in the second play an ill-tempered man tries to shield his family from the harsh realities of the world.
