Niagara Falls is the locus of a long history of technological achievement. In its inception, it was a battlefield upon which two geniuses fought to determine the future of energy itself, as Thomas Edison and Nikola Tesla engaged in a "war of the currents" in opening the Robert Moses Plant. Through archival footage and photos, A&E's documentary retraces the construction of the original plant, and the feud that shaped it. Moreover, a tour inside the plant gives insight into its current workings, how the river's power is used to create energy, and the recent innovations that have put this historical site back at the forefront of the industry.
