Celebrations circa Easter time are traditionally some of the most innocuous in the calendar. Until the ANGEL OF DEATH comes calling. The inhabitants of small towns often delighting in reenacting a passionate retelling of the story of Christ as Easter rolls around. But when a spate of killings leaves the local populace of such a town in a state of perplexed abhorrence, all eyes turn to detective Maria Delgado (Mira Sorvino) to bring the perpetrators of such abominable bloodshed to justice.
